Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping nationwide with no minimum purchase required

Standard Orders:
Every order is shipped for free and within 24 hours of confirmation of your purchase. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location, Small and medium sized packages are generally delivered within 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. We use USPS and FedEx but if you would like to use a different carrier or your own account please let us know when you place your order.

International or Expedited:
We will ship internationally and expedited but there will be a shipping charge which varies by location and weight. If you would like your shipment expedited please specify “Next Day’ or “2nd Day” with your order. We use FedEx for our expedited shipments and for international we use FedEx or DHL.

Freight:
We always try to find the best cost for our freight shipments by getting quotes from multiple carriers but you are also welcome to use your own.
For a freight quote we need:
-Company and contact name/phone number
-Full valid delivery address
-Lift gate needed for delivery or not
-Time of delivery if it needs to be scheduled

Return Policy
Our warehouse put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage and also we make sure all of the parts we sell are in working order before we send them out to our customers. However we understand that sometimes items are damaged in transit. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. We will accept returns on items damaged during transit or if you have received an item you did not order.
. If you would like to make a return for an item damaged during transit either refuse the package or provide a picture of the damaged box and item on the same day it was received. We will not accept the return if we receive the claim on a date after it was received since we cannot verify the damage was not caused at your location.
We are not able to accept returns for any other reason. This is because we cannot resell a part that has potentially been tampered with, altered, or damaged during transit before being sent back to us since some parts are key components in keeping a vehicle running properly or operating safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
