Fleet Matching Explained

What Is Fleet Matching?

Fleet matching is the process of identifying replacement or expansion buses that share the same technical specifications as your current fleet. When your agency already runs CNG buses with Allison B400R transmissions, adding a bus with a different powertrain introduces new training requirements, parts inventory complexity, and maintenance risk.

NTS searches our national network by the specs that matter — fuel type, engine family, transmission variant, ADA configuration, seating layout, and more. We bring you the shortlist. You choose what fits.
